Geothermal Incentives

Get Help Funding Your WaterFurnace Installation

WaterFurnace geothermal products provide dramatic reductions to the cost of heating, cooling and hot water. And now, you can save even more thanks to federal, state and local incentives. Total Energy Concepts geothermal customers are eligible for the following incentives.

Federal Tax Credit

Save 30% off the total cost of installation with a recently implemented federal tax credit. You get to save money every month on your energy bill and significant savings off the cost of a new system.

State and Local Incentives


PSE, Puget Sound Energy, Get a $1,500 rebate from PSE for an ENERGY STAR qualified geothermal heat pump.
Qualifications
  • Must install ENERGY STAR qualified equipment
  • Cannot have an existing geothermal heat pump installed
  • Auxiliary heating sources do not qualify for additional rebates
Snohomish PUD - Up to 100% of job up to $2,000.00 rebate
Qualifications
  • Must install ENERGY STAR qualified equipment
  • The customer must complete a PUD Energy Conservation Application and all work must be pre-approved by the PUD

DSIRE is a comprehensive source of information on state, local, utility and federal incentives and policies that promote renewable energy and energy efficiency.
